3

Quotation

We’ll prepare a proforma invoice (quotation) for your chosen shells, including product costs and an estimated export processing fee.

  • Your quote is updated with the remaining 50% balance, final shipping cost (based on actual weight & courier rates), and Export Commodity Clearance Fee: Php 4,000 (~€65 / ~$70).
6

Shipping

  • Under 150 kg: DHL Air Courier (usually 7–14 business days).
  • 150 kg and above: Sea Cargo for a more economical rate (usually 4–8 weeks).
  • After final payment, we ship and send your tracking number.
ℹ️ What is the Export Commodity Clearance Fee?

This is a mandatory government processing fee in the Philippines for all seashell exports. It covers:

  • Inspection & approval by the Bureau of Fisheries and Aquatic Resources (BFAR)
  • Export documentation for legal international shipment
  • Customs and export release papers

Without this clearance, seashell shipments cannot legally leave the Philippines or enter your country.
