ℹ️ What is the Export Commodity Clearance Fee?
This is a mandatory government processing fee in the Philippines for all seashell exports. It covers:
- Inspection and approval by the Bureau of Fisheries and Aquatic Resources (BFAR)
- Export documentation required for legal international shipment
- Customs and export release papers
Without this clearance, seashell shipments cannot legally leave the Philippines or enter your country.
