How to Place Your International Order

Follow these simple steps to complete your purchase.

  • Click “Add to List” for all the shells you are interested in.
  • When you’re done, send us either a screenshot of your list, or save your cart as a PDF and send it.
2

Quotation

We will prepare a proforma invoice (quotation) for your chosen shells, including product cost and an estimated export processing fee.

Down Payment

To proceed, we require a 50% down payment. This confirms your order and allows us to endorse it to our Pick & Pack Team.

  • Your quotation will show: remaining 50% balance, final shipping cost (based on actual weight & courier rates), and Export Commodity Clearance Fee: Php 4,000 (~€65 / ~$70).
5

Shipping

  • Under 150 kg: DHL Air Courier (usually 7–14 business days).
  • 150 kg and above: Sea Cargo for a cheaper rate (usually 4–8 weeks).
  • After final payment, we ship and send your tracking number.
ℹ️ What is the Export Commodity Clearance Fee?

This is a mandatory government processing fee in the Philippines for all seashell exports. It covers:

  • Inspection and approval by the Bureau of Fisheries and Aquatic Resources (BFAR)
  • Export documentation required for legal international shipment
  • Customs and export release papers

Without this clearance, seashell shipments cannot legally leave the Philippines or enter your country.
